The upper level is your private rental space, with the lower level locked for privacy, available upon request.

Conveniently located just 13 minutes from Augusta's airport and 5 minutes from Augusta University and the Medical District, the River House is also close to downtown Augusta's restaurants, shops, and River Walk. Cross the bridge to North Augusta, South Carolina, with Aiken only a 15-minute drive away. The nearby Augusta marina offers Jet Ski and kayak rentals within a 5-minute drive. This unique home, designed by architect George Perkins, resembles a beach or lake house with abundant windows to soak in the serene surroundings.
